NPI Registry Scheduled to Go Live Today

Update 8/18/07 - - As we might have guessed by now, the deployment of the NPI Registry has been delayed. A new release date of September 4th has been announced.

The target date for the NPPES (National Plan and Provider Enumeration System) to put the NPI Registry online is today, August 1st.

At the time of this posting the message: NPI Registry is currently unavailable. Please try again later, appears.

Perhaps later today the much-anticipated NPI Online registry will be up and running.
